Due to COVID, I was not able to go back to Canberra or meet her in person, but Angela has been fantastic. She organised the cleaning, inspection, open homes, and all sorts of things during lockdown, always aligning with the regulations. It was difficult, but she did it very well. This is my first property, and English is not my native language, but Angela is very patient; always explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. I have recommended her team to at least 2 of my friends and I won’t hesitate to give her five stars as always.
Being in real estate myself, I have a high expectation of how agents should conduct themselves. Brigid is an amazing agent and is a testament to her company.

I have worked with Burgess Rawson since 2018. The team in Canberra, where I work with Kadison, has meant a streamlined process for monthly invoicing, and end of year tax compliance and requirements. COVID has put further complications into the landlord/tenant relationship, and Burgess Rawson ( as a company) has been good at anticipating landlord's position, and getting tenants to clearly understand and abide by the rules that govern leases.
