Kadison is an accomplished property professional with a strong foundation in the service industry, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional results for clients. His real estate career began in residential sales, where he successfully facilitated land sales in partnership with the ACT Suburban Land Agency and ACT Government Housing & Community properties. He later expanded his expertise into residential property management within Canberra’s Inner North, building his knowledge of the local market and refining his skills in client service and asset management.

Joining Burgess Rawson Canberra in 2020, Kadison quickly found his passion in commercial property. He has since managed a diverse portfolio, contributed to significant operational projects such as developing the Residential Property Management division for Burgess Rawson ACT, and earned a reputation as an honest, reliable, and hardworking manager committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Now serving as an Associate Director, Kadison remains dedicated to professional growth, currently undertaking a Diploma of Project Management to further enhance his skills and deliver even greater value to property owners and investors.

His outstanding achievements include being honoured with the National Commercial Property Manager of the Year award by REIA in 2022 and the ACT Commercial Property Manager of the Year award by REIACT in 2021, attesting to his exceptional contributions to the industry.

Outside of real estate, Kadison finds enjoyment in various things, from watching sports to exploring new restaurants and he also values quality time spent with friends.
