Purpose

Randell Group Pty Ltd (ACN 611 390 277) (“we”, “us” or “our”) recognises that protecting your personal information is important to you. In some circumstances, you may be able to interact with us anonymously or using a pseudonym. If you wish to do so, please contact us to determine whether this is possible. However, if you choose not to provide the personal information we request, we may not be able to provide our services or fulfil the purposes for which the information was collected.

This Privacy Policy applies to all operations of Randell Group Pty Ltd (ACN 611 390 277), including its trading names Burgess Rawson Canberra and Yield Commercial, across the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), New South Wales (NSW), and Victoria (VIC), and covers both residential and commercial clients.

Definitions

Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) means the Australian Privacy Principles set out in Schedule 1 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Related Body Corporate and Related Entity have the same meaning as in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Services means the services we provide across the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), New South Wales (NSW), and Victoria (VIC), including but not limited to:

+ real estate sales and purchases,
+ leasing and property management (residential and commercial),
+ advertising of properties and businesses,
+ business broking, and
+ connection or disconnection of utility services.

We, Us, or Our means Randell Group Pty Ltd ACN 611 390 277, trading as Burgess Rawson Canberra and Yield Commercial , operating in ACT, NSW, and VIC.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information contained in employee records where the information is directly related to a current or former employment relationship between the Agency and the employee.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information appropriately, if they do not comply with Australian privacy requirements, you may have limited or no ability to seek redress under the Privacy Act or in the relevant overseas jurisdiction.
